Terms and Conditions of Membership

You must read and agree to these terms and conditions before you can join. By purchasing a Membership to any site owned and operated by TJ Web Productions llc., you become a Subscriber and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By completing the TJWP membership form you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of TJWP, llc. It is the responsibility of each member to refer to this page for additions and/or changes to this contact.

1.) As a member you are responsible for paying periodic membership fees in accordance with the current fee plans as of the date of subscribing.

2.) For your convenience and satisfaction, the 1 Month membership will automatically renew upon expiration unless your subscription is canceled. The 3 Day Trial Memberships automatically renews to a regular 1 Month membership unless proper notice is sent to our customer service department at least 24 hours before expiration.

3.) Members may not distribute their username and password to others. This will result in immediate suspension of service, without a refund. TJWP under law must hold the member liable for unauthorized breach of membership.

4.) TJWP has the right to refuse membership to any individual and has the right to cancel a membership at any time for any reason. Membership fees are non-refundable.

5.) Members are responsible for providing TJWP with notification of new credit card details once their card has expired for continuation of service.

6.) Members are responsible to provide all necessary equipment to gain access to TJWP web sites.

7.) Without limitation TJWP does not offer any warranty to any aspect of the service be it a service provided directly by TJWP and/or a 3rd party source.

8.) This Agreement in its entirety contains the entire agreement between the member and TJWP. Any questions regarding this Agreement should be sent to admin@adultpaymaster.com. The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America.

9.) Subscriber hereby swears and affirms under oath, warrants and represents that he/she is at least eighteen (18) years of age (21 in some jurisdictions) and has the legal capacity to enter into agreements of this nature. TJWP makes no representation or warranty that the content published on Premium Pee complies with the local laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for knowing and understanding your local laws concerning standards of content legality for purposes of obscenity laws. You further represent and warrant that you understand the nature of the content published on Premium Pee, namely, sexually explicit materials, and that you voluntarily and knowingly choose to view such material, and that such material does not offend or vex your sensibilities. Should you be unable to affirmatively make the representations and warranties contained herein, do NOT subscribe to this Service.

10.) Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall TJWP or any of its related, affiliated companies be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use the Service. Subscriber specifically acknowledges and agrees that TJWP is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user, or for any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of or use of records, whether under contract or tort theory, or under any other cause of action, for any amount over and above the amount paid by Subscriber to TJWP for the preceding twelve (12) months.

11.) Subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TJWP, their officers, directors, managers, members, agents and employees from any against any claims, losses, liabilities or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of Subscriber's breach of any term, condition or promise contained herein. Should any such claim for indemnification arise, or should any action be brought by Subscriber or TJWP relating to any services or products offered by or through the Service.

12.) Subscriber agrees to receive mail from TJWP from time to time.

13.) Except for public domain material and electronic messages, all material displayed on the Service is copyrighted by TJWP, or is licensed under copyright by TJWP, and may not be copied, redistributed, or downloaded, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of TJWP.

To complete your purchase, you will be transferred to the secured server of Paycom.net, a California corporation, (“Processor”). Processor is an independent company providing credit card and check processing services, and other merchant banking services, to website operators, such as the owner and operator of this Web Site. Processor offers complete SSL encryption technology, which provides greater security for your transaction. Processor provides such credit card and check processing services for many web sites.

Neither Processor, nor any person or company related to Processor, holds any ownership interest in this Web Site, nor receives any financial benefit from this Web Site, other than a fee paid by the owner of this Web Site to Processor for each transaction Processor processes for the Web Site. Processor is neither a co-owner or, nor a partner, nor joint venturer with the owner of this Web Site; instead, Processor is merely an independent contractor providing services to the owner of this Web Site on an arms length, contractual basis under specific, limited terms and conditions.

Accordingly, Processor makes absolutely no representations and/or warranties, and provides no assurances, regarding the Web Site, the Web Site owner, or the quality, availability, legality or description of the products and/or services offered thereon. Processor expressly disclaims any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to this Web Site and/or the products and services offered hereon. Any disputes arising in connection with this Web Site, or the products and/or services being offered/purchased, are ultimately matters between you, the customer, and the owner of this Web Site. In certain circumstances, Processor may be handling customer service for the Web Site, in which case Processor may be handling such disputes for the owner on a contract basis as part of the credit card and check processing services performed for the Web Site Owner, but without any liability therefore. In all other cases, disputes should be directed to the contact information contained on the Web Site; however, you should feel free to contact Processor in the event that you feel that the Web Site operator acted fraudulently, or you were misled in any way. Processor urges you to carefully read the Terms and Conditions on the Web Site, and to ask the Web Site operator any questions you may have regarding the service/product before completing the subscription or other transaction, by using the contact information on this Web Site.

By submitting your request for authorization of your transaction, you hereby acknowledge having read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions herein stated, and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Processor harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages (including attorneys fees and associated costs) and other costs and expenses arising in connection with your visit to or use of this Web Site, and/or your purchase or offer to purchase any of the products and services offered hereon.
